You’ve probably seen Marvin post pictures from the event (if not, I’m about to reblog them >=] ).

In any case, we attended an event held at NU Hotel, the best hotel in Brooklyn (as far as I’m concerned). Like, I want to conceive a child in this hotel… IN ONE OF THE HAMMOCKS. NU Hotel represents the past, present and future of the borough, a balance between economic development and cultural dedication.

The free booze were great too. The Pilsner has to be my favorite from Brooklyn Brewery.

Being in the midst of people who had pursued their dreams and caught them, and among the artwork of so many artists and Hip-Hop pioneers, was the ignition we were looking for in our own lives.
